Serbia’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Trade, Telecommunications and Tourism Rasim Ljajić is going to visit Iran at the invitation of Iranian Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade Mohammadreza Nematzadeh.
Seen off by Iran’s Ambassador Majid Fahimpour at Belgrade Airport on Sunday, Rasim Ljajić highlighted the extensive capacities available to both countries and stressed the need for boosting mutual cooperation in various fields of agricultural productions, food industry, construction and tourism.
Iran’s ambassador, for his part, deemed the visit of the Serbian delegation to Tehran highly significant for developing relations and promoting the level of trade exchanges between the two countries, and expressed hope the visit could provide the opportunity for holding the 14th Iran-Serbia Joint Commission in Tehran this year.
